HRMG 350 - Recruitment and Talent Management Credits: 3 This course develops students’ understanding of recruitment and selection strategies, hiring aligned with organization-specific competencies and goals, and training methods. Students will have an opportunity to view recruitment, hiring, and training as a central part of an organization’s strategic plan, learning to measure the costs associated with hiring, training, and turnover rate. Topics will include issues of equity and inclusion within full-cycle recruiting, use of social media, data analytics, and HR software/database systems, as well as outsourcing, and contingent and temporary workforce strategy management. Prerequisite: HRMG-330
