EXSC 305 - Strength Training & Conditioning Lab Credits: 1 The course provides hands-on demonstration and practical application of Strength Training & Conditioning concepts. Students apply exercise science principles to develop an 8 to 12 week strength and conditioning program. Students design programs based on personal or client goals and a need’s analysis. Appropriate gym attire is required. Corequisite1: Exercise students must take EXSC-305 and EXSC 240 . Non-exercise students can choose to take EXSC-305 as a standalone elective.
