Accounting Systems & Forensics, B. S.

The Accounting Systems & Forensics program meets the dynamic needs of students interested in careers in forensic accounting, IT audit, system assurance services and small business accounting services.  This degree gives the accounting student a competitive advantage in today’s global business environment with rapidly changing technology.

Students will develop skills that allow them to be involved in accounting system development, from planning and analysis to design and implementation.  Topics include accounting database design and development, business process mapping, accounting software, data analytics, internal control, cybersecurity, IT Audit and forensic accounting.

 

Business Core Requirement


All majors in the School of Business must complete a business core of 36 - 39 credit hours.

Note:


All majors in the School of Business must take a minimum of MATH 117 College Algebra.

CPA Examination Eligibility
