Master of Science in Software Development

The Master of Science in Software Development requires 30 graduate credit hours.  Coursework is only available in the online format. Refer to the Graduate Admission Requirements page for more information regarding admission criteria. 

The John E. Simon School of Business introduced the Master of Science in Software Development the 2017-2018 academic year. This program, as are all programs at Maryville University, is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).  However, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), our specialized accrediting organization, will not add any new programs to the list of accredited programs until the new program has been offered for two years, and its first students have graduated.
