ACCT 450 - ACCOUNTING FOR SMALL BUSINESS

Prerequisite: ACCT 211
This course will focus on the considerations, decisions, and procedures involved in starting a small business, with emphasis on the practical and tax aspects. Topics include the factors contributing to small business success, business entity choices, payroll and payroll taxes, small business accounting considerations, and small business pension plans.
