COMM 261 - ADVERTISING PRINCIPLES

This course examines the basic principles underlying the advertising phenomenon. Advertising theories and research, advertising roles and functions, media selection and management, and the planning and preparation of advertising campaigns are among the many topics covered.
Note: The accelerated Weekend and Evening College format of this course will be augmented by a faculty-prescribed one-credit independent learning experience.
