COMM 441 - ADVANCED NEWS WRTG & EDITING

Credits: Three
Prerequisite: COMM 241 and COMM 343, or permission of the instructor
This course concentrates on more advanced methods of news writing and editing for the print media. Students will edit and produce a magazine or newspaper composed of their own writing and the writings of other students in the course.
Note: The accelerated Weekend and Evening College format of this course will be augmented by a faculty-prescribed one- credit independent learning experience.
