MUS 309 - EXPERIENCES IN MUSIC

Credits: Three
The course introduces music through a series of musical experiences of live musical performances in St. Louis and video performances. The background of each performance, the development of the various music forms, and representative composers will be discussed.
Note: This course applies to the fine arts core requirement. The accelerated Weekend and Evening College format of this course will be augmented by a faculty-prescribed one- credit independent learning experience.
