PSCI 101 - American Government Credits: Three (3) This class offers an overview of the American Politics sub-field of political science. This course examines the origins, development, structure, and functions of the political system of the United States of America. Topics include the constitutional framework; federalism; the three branches of government, the bureaucracy; civil rights and liberties; political participation and policy formation. Note: It fulfills the Missouri state requirement.
