MATH 208 - Geometry and Statistics for Educators Credits: Three (3) This course is designed only for elementary and middle school education majors. This course includes the study of geometry and data analysis. Geometry topics include measurement, geometric concepts, right triangle geometry, formal & informal proofs, and coordinate geometry. Data analysis topics include random sampling, central tendency, variability, and graphs. Problem solving and application problems will be incorporated throughout the course. General Education Area: Quantitative Reasoning Prerequisite: MATH-100
