ACSC 526 - Corporate Finance II Credits: Three (3) This course introduces the student to the theory and practice of Corporate Finance. Topics include the Capital Asset Pricing Model, the forms of the efficient market hypothesis, the main findings of behavioral finance, the different methods to raise capital and the effect of capital structure on a company. ACSC 611 and ACSC 526 cover all of the learning objectives contained in Examination IFM (Investments and Financial Markets) of the Society of Actuaries. Note: This course is for graduate students only.
