BIOL 425 - Molecular Biology Credits: 3 The goal of this course is to teach students critical thinking skills and deductive reasoning needed to succeed as a scientist in a pharmaceutical company, biotech sector or career in medicine. Students will be introduced to cell-cell communication and foundations of immunological principles. Coupled with short interactive lectures on different subfields in molecular biology, lessons will include in class bioinformatic workshops, discussion and evaluation of method reviews and primary research articles related to the subject. Prerequisite: BIOL-260 and BIOL-351
