CRIM 494 - Police Academy Training Program

Credits: 12
This course is part of a programmatic partnership with the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy. To participate in this program, students must meet the entrance standards for the Academy. To earn credit from this program, students must successfully complete Academy training, and pass the POST exam.

 
Note: Credit may be awarded from other police academies. When allowed, the amount of credit will be determined by, and will vary according to, the specific curriculum followed. Students interested in attending any police academy other than the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy must contact the Director of the Criminal Justice/Criminology Program to determine whether credit can be earned. If it is not 12 credits, additional coursework will be required to complete the major.
