 This course explores human behavior within organizations, covering topics such as the history of management, perception and communication, motivation theory, power and politics, group dynamics, conflict management, and work design theory. Students will learn about effective communication, leadership, and managing organizational change while examining the impact of technology on decision-making and the future of work to foster a positive workplace environment.
