OCTH 521 - Population - Based OT

Credits: 3
This course explores population-based occupational therapy service delivery. Basic tenets from the field of public health will be explored as they relate to community based OT. Social justice, health disparities and population based frames of references are discussed. Students will incorporate current evidence supporting intervention when designing programs for communities of people.
Prerequisite1: OCTH 508  and OCTH 512
