The Master of Health Administration (MHA) is an online program that provides students with the opportunity to participate in professional education necessary to become competent and committed health care leaders by focusing on competencies specific to health administration. MHA courses are designed around the “Core Competencies for Health Administration” addressed by organizations such as the National Center on Healthcare Leadership and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). The Program requires 36 graduate credit hours and is available in an online format only. Students may receive a general MHA degree or an MHA degree with a concentration in one of four areas: Health Informatics & Data Analytics, Population Health Management, Senior Service, or Healthcare Leadership. Depending upon the student’s background, a course in business statistics may be required in the first term of the program.
