International and Cultural Studies Minor

Requirements (18 credits)

• HUM 204 - INTERCULTURAL STUDIES
• Language study at the intermediate level (6 credits: Intermediate I and II)
• At least two courses chosen from the International and Cultural Studies Core Courses (6 credits)
• Study-Abroad Experience: Students must complete one of the following:
  1. a semester - or year-long, for-credit study-abroad program
  2. a short term faculty-led study-abroad program for a minimum of 3 credtis
  3. an internship abroad for a minimum of 3 credits

A student who demonstrates second language skills at the intermediate level without formal college-level coursework will be required to replace the 6-credit language requirement listed above with 6 additional credits from the International and Cultural Studies Core courses.
