ORGL 472 - Understanding Organizational Behavior Credits: Three (3) Organizational behavior is the scientific study of how people think, feel, and behave in and around organizations. It is an interdisciplinary field of study that integrates knowledge from psychology, sociology, and organization sciences. The purpose of this course is to examine the foundational theories in organizational behavior and their application for the purpose of improving organization effectiveness and individual well-being.
