Minor in Rehabilitation Services

In addition to the Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Services, a minor in Rehabilitation Services is offered. The minor requires 15 credit hours in rehabilitation services coursework. The minor is designed for students who have an interest in helping others live to their fullest potential and have an interest in working in the rehabilitation and human service profession.
Minor requirement: REHB 110 The Rehabilitation System
Possible courses could include:
- REHB 220 Medical Aspects of Disability
- REHB 230 Communication and Helping skills
- REHB 240 Independent Living
- REHB 320 Vocational Rehabilitation
- REHB 400 Leadership or
- REHB 450 Advocacy and Disability
Note: Six credit hours are required to be taken at the 300 or 400 levels. The remaining coursework will be determined in conjunction with the student and advisor.
