Cybersecurity Penetration Testing Graduate Certificate

Security breaches are growing in frequency, sophistication, and consequence. This growth is likely driven by our increasing dependence on computing systems — both as individuals and as nations — which makes these systems attractive targets for malfeasants who design and launch attacks.
With the courses in the Cybersecurity Penetration Testing Graduate Certificate program, you will develop a practical literacy in cybersecurity penetration testing p practices– one of the fastest growing areas in the cybersecurity field. You will learn the principles needed to understand the methods and penetration testing practices. You will also become comfortable in other areas of cybersecurity for success in the industry. Students who complete the Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Penetration Testing should be able to:

- Analyze and interpret penetration testing results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
- Use different types of tools and software used in penetration testing, including both open-source and commercial solutions.

- All course requirements for this certificate must be completed within two years of enrollment into the certificate program.
- Students who complete multiple certificates can apply up to six credit hours of previously completed coursework toward completion of each certificate.
