Fall 2023 - Trials of a Psychopath
This course is presented as an innovative, team-taught course blending Criminal Justice, Forensic Psychology and Legal aspects. It introduces the interrelationship between the reconstruction (and deconstruction) of a criminal event, the behavioral inferences and the process of expert witness testimony, along with embedding ethical trial certification of defendants in a mock trial setting.
