EDUC 400 - Student Teaching
Credits: 10
This course is designed as a culminating practicum in a PK-12 setting. This course focuses on setting up a classroom, delivering lessons, implementing a unit of study, and delivering at least two weeks of intensive instruction in the cooperating teacher’s classroom. Emphasis is placed on designing and delivering lessons based on assessment, teacher candidate reflection, and personal goal setting. Candidates will be assessed on the MEES Standards for certification.
