BIOL 390L - Required Lab-BIOL 390

In this course, students will isolate bacteriophages from the soil propagate and characterize them.  A variety of techniques and equipment will be used to strengthen technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.  Students will be maintaining a laboratory notebook and completing a final, culminating poster project.
