BUS 490 - Business Opportunities for Leadership Development

Maryville BOLD: Business Opportunities for Leadership Development provides a unique opportunity to apply skills and knowledge to real-world projects to drive positive change. Throughout the semester, students will engage in various consulting activities, including conducting needs assessments, analyzing data, developing strategic recommendations, and implementing actionable solutions. Emphasis will be placed on leveraging business acumen to solve problems for organizations. Students will gain practical experience in consulting, project management, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork by working directly with clients.
Prerequisite: BUS-150, MGMT-221, ACCT-210
